Working sheets
Every sheet is a single self-contained HTML file. Open them in a real browser —
they use SVG filters, CSS masks, mix-blend-mode and @property,
so any thumbnailer or link-preview service will show you a broken page that does not
exist.
Latest first. The sheet you are looking for now is
The run: what the site says, and how you move through it — the content and flow
around the locked hero. Real CMS copy, real metrics, real quotes; a new proof ledger,
testimonials moved onto the projects they are about, and one deletion I want you to check.
The run: content and flow
The whole site after the hero. New proof ledger aggregating every number you
already publish. Testimonials moved onto the projects they reference. Experience merged with
the manifesto. The stack cut from the main flow. Contact reframed as a colophon.

T4 leads, and the picture is whole
The portrait was being cover-cropped to about four-fifths of its own width and then
bled off two more edges. It is now pinned to its real aspect ratio and sits whole on the
paper at 390 / 820 / 1440. T4 (chewed edge, full colour) leads, T2 is the alternate,
T1 is held. Deckle and live ink switching kept; B1 + B3 ship together.

You were right about the darkening
Skin tone sampled off the photograph (50.4% saturation) and rebuilt as the ink set.
Four tone treatments, the full 1440 page with three annotated folds, and pointer + drag together.

Edges, then behaviour
Five edge treatments (crisp / bleed / halftone / photocopy chew / registration fringe)
and four live behaviours. Superseded by the sheet above.
242 KB
Sticker sheet, three ways
Contact Sheet, The Drawer and Riso Layers — each drawn at 390 / 820 / 1440 so the
responsive mechanism is the thing being judged. Riso Layers became option C.

Four directions for the hero
The first pass: Interruption, The Portrait, Kinetic Monument and Sticker Sheet,
with the diagnosis that the original had five elements competing at equal weight.
